Situation

Where SUCCESS stands today

Advertisers will love the story, then ask for the numbers. The audit showed your numbers today are short, and the site is spread across way too many addresses. We fix that while your new editor builds out the content.

~83K
clicks from Google in 28 days, but your analytics only counted about 37K visits
79
SUCCESS web addresses still live, out of 122 over the years
200
dead pages that other sites still link to, about 13,000 links going nowhere
~95
searches where SUCCESS is close to the top of Google but not there yet

What you told me

  • A new digital editor is coming on to work hand in hand with Amy
  • Amy goes front and center for the Jan/Feb issue relaunch
  • Laura Falbach is coming in to run business development
  • In three to six months, sales needs real traffic numbers to show advertisers
  • You want someone you trust owning the back end

What you get out of it

  • One set of numbers your team and advertisers can trust
  • A clean site with no dead ends
  • Stories planned around what people actually search for
  • A monthly report sales can hand to an advertiser
  • Someone your editor can lean on every week

Numbers are from the September audit. The full audit is yours.

What you get

Everything in the partnership

We already did the audit, so we start on day one with the work.

01

The Clean-Up

The first 30 days. We work through the audit list and decide what stays, what gets fixed and what goes.

See what's included
  • Every SUCCESS address: keep it, fix it, or shut it down
  • The 200 dead pages pointed to the right place
  • Google's map of the site rebuilt around the pages that matter
  • Old section links fixed so they stop breaking
  • Google accounts and access cleaned up so SUCCESS owns them
  • A simple list of every change, so eXp's team can follow along
You get: a clean site and a list of every change
02

Numbers Advertisers Trust

Fix the tracking first, so every number your sales team quotes holds up.

See what's included
  • Tracking fixed so your visits match what Google actually sends you
  • One dashboard: traffic, audience, top stories and newsletter growth
  • A monthly one-pager sales can hand to advertisers
  • Media kit numbers ready for the Jan/Feb issue
You get: a live dashboard and a monthly report
03

Google and AI Search

Most searches SUCCESS shows up for now have an AI answer at the top. We want SUCCESS to be the name in that answer.

See what's included
  • Push the searches you're close on onto page one
  • Fix the behind-the-scenes setup Google reads
  • Get SUCCESS named in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers
  • A monthly check on who the AI tools are naming
You get: the plan, and we run it every month
04

Every New Story, Optimized

Ongoing, every week. As your team publishes, every article, video and podcast episode gets set up to be found on Google and in AI answers.

See what's included
  • Headlines, descriptions and tags checked on every new article before or right after it goes live
  • Videos and podcast episodes set up with titles, descriptions and chapters people search for
  • New stories linked to the older stories they belong with
  • A simple checklist your editor's team can follow, so it becomes habit
You get: every new piece set up to be found, every week
05

The Magazine Archive

Forty years of covers and interviews that Google can't see right now. Opening them up is the biggest untapped piece you have.

See what's included
  • Pages for every issue and cover story that people can find
  • Old stories feeding the new calendar and the newsletter
You get: a live archive people can find
06

Backing Your Digital Editor

Your editor owns the stories. We handle everything underneath and make what they need happen.

See what's included
  • A private Slack channel to work with your editor day to day, if they want it
  • A weekly check-in with your digital editor
  • A simple playbook for topics and headlines people search for
  • A story calendar tied to each issue
  • We build and fix things ourselves, working with eXp's developers
You get: the playbook, a shared Slack channel and a weekly check-in
07

You and Me, Including the Advertiser Pitch

Me in your corner on the digital side, and on the sell. I'm happy to help shape the pitch and talk numbers directly with any advertiser you're working on.

See what's included
  • A monthly check-in with you and the team on the bigger strategy as things change
  • My cell for anything that can't wait

Service agreement
  1. This page is a binding service agreement between Client (SUCCESS Enterprises) and Qinary Corporation, an Arizona corporation ("Company"), effective when Client approves it in writing and pays the first invoice.
  2. The term is six months from kickoff. Company invoices in advance on the plan Client picks: monthly, each quarter, or the full six months. Invoices are paid by bank transfer.
  3. Out of scope unless agreed in writing: domain consolidation, paid media, editorial hiring, and third party tools SUCCESS does not already hold, which are agreed ahead of time and billed at cost.
  4. Company makes no guarantee of specific traffic, rankings or revenue. Results depend on execution, Google and AI platform changes, and the market.
  5. Everything built and delivered belongs to Client once paid for. Logins and data are used only for this work, and everything shared in either direction is confidential.
  6. This agreement is separate from the podcast partnership, which continues unchanged.
  7. Qinary Corporation does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Next step

If this feels right

Tell me which way you want to pay and I'll send the first invoice. We kick off the week of October 19 with you and your new editor. Happy to walk through any of it on a call first.
